Before brokerage, I managed properties and operated Airbnbs: occupancy, pricing, guests, maintenance, real numbers. That experience is the difference between projecting a return and knowing how to earn it.

  • No artificial urgency, no “today only” discounts.
  • No property tours without a defined thesis — that would waste your time.
  • No hiding the uncomfortable numbers: expenses, vacancy, and risks go in writing.
  • No disappearing after the commission.

    20 minutes to understand your objective. If I can't add value, I say so on that same call.

  2. Thesis & analysis

    Objective, true total budget, exit strategy. You receive line-by-line analysis, including what I discard and why.

  3. Execution & negotiation

    Due diligence with your attorney, purposeful visits, negotiation with a documented strategy.

  4. Long-term follow-through

    Rental operations, reporting, resale. Wealth is protected after the signing, not only before it.
